Power consumption is also excellent. The average power consumption of 3.35W is among the best tuned Snapdragon 8 Supreme Edition results, and the energy consumption per frame of 55mW is excellent.

Honkai: Star Rail

Currently the most demanding Honkai: Star Rail can also run at full frame on the RedMagic 11 Air. During the Golden Hour map run, the average frame rate is 60.8 FPS, the frame stability index is 0.2, and the 1% low frame reaches 53.8 FPS.

The average power consumption of the game is 6.57W, and the energy consumption per frame is 108mW. Performance release is very strong.

At the same time, the highest temperature on the back reaches 44.3°C.

We can see from the side that the temperature at the air outlet position is the highest, effectively carrying heat out.

4. Imaging Capability: A Practical Choice That Is Good Enough

The main camera of the RedMagic 11 Air is a 50-megapixel sensor with a 24mm focal length and f/1.9 aperture, supporting OIS stabilization, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

When the battery was at 1%, we turned on the fast charging mode and started charging. The charging time was 58 minutes, and the maximum charging power was 73W.

RedMagic’s charging protocol is interesting, using a mixed charging protocol of four-times voltage and two-times voltage. When charging reaches about 65%, it switches to double voltage while increasing current to ensure power supply speed.

17% in 5 minutes, 31% in 10 minutes, 56% in 20 minutes, and 79% in half an hour. The speed of topping up power at any time is quite powerful.

Battery Life Test

For the battery life test, we used the professional battery test tool produced by Kuai Technology — Battery Dog.

In the test items, the default test runs until 20% battery level. All test items including CPU high pressure, CPU multi-threading, AI recognition, image browsing, video playback, and web browsing are checked. By simulating user usage scenarios, it restores real load to the greatest extent and approaches real power consumption.

During the test period, to keep environmental variables unified and ensure the accuracy of results, Battery Dog automatically adjusts screen brightness to 50%, turns off automatic brightness, and sets the volume to 30%.

RedMagic 11 Air lasted 11 hours and 58 minutes. Nearly 12 hours of battery life leaves many Air models far behind, making it easy to last a full day of use and more than sufficient even as a primary device.
